Welcome to NeatBelle Cleaning Services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.




1. Services


NeatBelle provides residential cleaning services tailored to your needs. Service details, pricing, and availability are discussed and confirmed prior to your appointment.




2. Booking Policy


- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email

- You agree to provide accurate information, including your address and service requirements

- Appointment times are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed

- Bookings are only secured once payment has been received in full

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion




3. Access to Property


- Clients must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time

- If entry is not possible upon arrival, it may be treated as a cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below)

- Any special instructions (keys, codes, pets, etc.) must be provided ahead of time




4. Pricing & Payments


- Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning requested

- Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition differs significantly from what was initially described

- Full payment (100%) is required in advance to confirm and secure your booking

- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time




5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


We understand that plans change. However:


- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service cost

- If we arrive and cannot access the property, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation




6. Refund Policy


- Due to the nature of our services, payments are non-refundable once the service is completed

- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning

- We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost

- Refunds or partial refunds are issued at our discretion




7. Satisfaction Guarantee


Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed, we’re happy to make it right when notified promptly.




8. Client Responsibilities


Clients agree to:


- Provide a safe working environment

- Inform us of any hazards (e.g., broken items, unsafe areas, pets)

- Secure valuables and fragile items


NeatBelle is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or improperly secured items.




9. Liability


While we take great care in our work, NeatBelle is not liable for:


- Normal wear and tear

- Pre-existing damage

- Undisclosed fragile or high-value items


Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.




10. Changes to Terms


We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
